Motherhood changed me deeply. After many years, when I finally became pregnant, it brought both joy and vulnerability.
Parenting opened parts of me I didn’t expect — emotionally, physically, and mentally — and it challenged my sense of identity, regulation, and confidence in ways no professional training ever could.
